How can I see who has completed a learning track?

A tab with participant information is available for all micro learnings. Here you can see which users are linked and what their status is.

In addition to the an overview of participant information and the related learning status, you can perform various actions here:

• Send an email

• Assign a learning item

• Add to a team

In the participants tab under learning tracks you also have the option of downloading a report. By directly generating a report from the learning track itself, you are no longer dependent on the general reporting which requires extra filtering. A direct download button provides quick insight into the participation status.

From the participants tab, you can start the download and it will be downloaded as a CSV file. It is not necessary to wait for the email.

If you can't see the download button, then this is probably due to your assigned permissions. Should you have any questions about this, you can contact the Platform Services team via the contact form.
