Assigning a learning track to employees

You can assign a learning track to users in two ways; you can do this by manual assignment from the overview of all users or with a shareable link.

From the user overview you can tick one or more users. You will then see a dark bar slide into view. Click on assign and make a selection, you can also create a deadline when assigning. If you add a deadline, the user will have to finish the learning item before the set date.

It is also possible to generate a shareable link for a learning track. With this option you can share a learning track with users without assigning it manually. Keep in mind that the learning track can only be opened by users who have an active account with Studytube. You must be logged in to start this learning track. You can find the shareable link by going to the 'Library contents' and opening the overview of the learning tracks. Then, move the mouse over the relevant learning track so that you see the 'shareable link' button appear next to the title of the learning track. 

When you click on this button you will see a pop-up message with the shareable link that you can copy and share with users.
