How can I find data on one specific learning track?

The LMS has a designated section with four main menus on reporting. For an overview of the data on all learning tracks you can read this FAQ about online learning reports.

However, if you are looking for data on one speficic learning track, you can find this if you go to LMS > library > learning tracks > and search for the learning track. Then, from the overview, click on the learning track and open the tab 'insights. Here you will find a dashoboard with all relevant data of the specific learning track.

In this dashobard, you find tiles with data on:

• completion percentage of the items
• completion percentage of the mandatory items
• completed items weekly
• weekly completed items after starting
• monthly completed items after starting
• weekly completed items after assigning
• monthly completed items adter assigning
• learning track

Tip: You can use the filter on the right and the three dot menu to perform actions such as downloading or scheduling a report. You can also drill down on the data by clickingon the items in the tiles.

completion percentage of the items

This tile offers a deep dive into to different learning items in the learning track: the data shows the percentage of the completion of the different items (=learning interventions) in the learning track.

completion percentage of the mandatory items

This tile offers a deep dive into to mandatory learning items in the learning track: the data shows the percentage of the completion of the  items (=learning interventions) which are mandatory. Learning interventions which are not mandatory are not included in this tile.

completed items weekly

In this tile you see the completed items in the learning track over time. You have to data points in this visualization:

• mandatory completed items 
• optional completed items

weekly completed items after starting

this tile shows the data on completed learning interventions in the learning track after starting the learning track, on a weekly basis. The total numbers of completed items are a cohort of all learners of this learning track.

monthly completed items after starting

this tile shows the data on completed learning interventions in the learning track after starting the learning track, on a monthyl basis. The total numbers of completed items are a cohort of all learners of this learning track.

weekly completed items after assigning

this tile shows the data on completed learning interventions in the learning track after assigning the learning track, on a weekly basis. The total numbers of completed items are a cohort of all learners of this learning track.

monthly completed items after assigning

this tile shows the data on completed learning interventions in the learning track after assigning the learning track, on a monthly basis. The total numbers of completed items are a cohort of all learners of this learning track.

learning track
this tile shows a table with all the learners of the learning track.
Per user you can see:

       a)  the status of the deadline:

• in progress
• not started
• in progress with deadline within a week 
• completed before deadline
• completed after deadline 
• not completed

     b) as well as the percentage of completed items and

    c) the percentage of completed madatory items of the learning track

By clicking on the percentage, you can drill down on the numbers.
