What information can I find in the Excel report?

When you have generated a report via 'Report > General report' from the LMS, it will be sent to your email address.

You can find all learning results and learning history of users with an account in the relevant Academy for each type of learning. Under the User vs. Online courses, for example, you can find all the information regarding the learning progress of users in your Academy over the selected period. 


In column G "Online course name" you will find the name of the course the user is following or has followed. Here, you’ll also find when the course was started, when it was completed and what the progress is. 

You can easily process all information in your own reporting tool.

 

Bear in mind that when a user has restarted an online course or learning track, you will only see the information of the newly started course. Information from the previously completed course or learning track is not displayed in the report.

 

Under the tab "Events" you’ll find the number of registrations of users within your Academy and registrations for events and external courses (if you purchase the DOI module). 

 

These tabs give a good picture of user activity with regard to learning & development within your organization and you can use them, for example, to test whether you meet your learning objectives.
