What data can I find in the activity report?

The Activity Report in the LMS provides administrators with insights into user engagement, learning progress, and other key learning metrics. The report consists of multiple tabs, each offering different data points.


1. General Report

What information can I find here?

  • An overview of the selected learning period.
  • Filtering options for teams, date ranges, and learning categories.
  • A summary of learning activities.

How can I generate a report?

  • Select a team (optional).
  • Choose a date range or set custom start and end dates.
  • Click on "Generate Report" to see the learning data.

    • Learning activity per team

    • Most active hours of the day

How can I analyze trends?

4. Learning Activity

What does this tab track?

  • The Top 10 most started & completed learnings.
  • Internal learning activities, including:
    • Learning type (Course, Video, Document, Event, etc.).
    • Number of enrollments per learning.
    • Learning completion rates.
  • Review & Rating Overview:
    • User ratings and reviews for different learning modules.
    • Top 10 lowest-rated learnings.

What insights can I gain from this data?

  • Identify the most popular and impactful learning modules.

5. Learning Duration

What does this tab track?

  • Total learning duration in hours for selected users.
  • Completed learnings over time (graph showing trends).

  • A detailed breakdown of completed learnings:
    • User details (ID, Name, Email)
    • Type of learning (Online Course, Video, Document, etc.)
    • Start date & Completion date
    • Total duration (hours spent on the learning activity)
