What is the purpose of this widget?
The “Progress top 5 assigned learning tracks” widget gives you a quick visual overview of the five most assigned learning tracks in your team and their current completion status. It helps team leads and admins monitor engagement and follow-up where needed.
What information is displayed?
The horizontal stacked bar chart shows:
The number of assignments for each learning track
Each bar is divided into color-coded segments representing different statuses:
? Not started
? In progress
? Completed
Each number within the bar indicates how many team members are in that status for that learning track.
How do I interpret the chart?
This widget answers key questions at a glance:
Which learning tracks are most frequently assigned?
How many team members haven’t started yet?
Are people currently progressing through the content?
How many have completed the track?
? For example:
If a learning track has 28 users marked in red and only 3 in green, it means that most team members haven’t started yet, and only a few have completed it.
Why is this useful?
This view allows managers to:
? Track learning adoption across key programs
? Identify where nudges or reminders may be needed
? Celebrate completions and learning milestones
? Spot bottlenecks and take action
Can I filter or export the data?
Yes! You can:
Use the filters on the right to narrow by team, time frame, or user group
Use the three-dot menu (top right corner) to:
? Download the report
? Schedule automatic reporting (e.g. weekly)
Who can see this widget?
This widget is visible to:
✅ Team managers with reporting access
✅ Admins with appropriate dashboard permissions
? Tip: Click on any part of the bar to drill down into specific user details or progress within each track.
