What is this widget?

The “Status assigned learnings” widget provides a quick visual summary of the current status of all learning items that have been assigned to team members.

It uses a donut chart to display progress.

What does the red ring mean?

In this example, the chart shows:

  • ? 100% of assigned learnings have not been started.
This means that none of the team members have begun the assigned courses yet.

Once users begin or complete their assignments, new status segments will appear in different colors, such as:

  • In progress

  • Completed

What is the time range?

The chart reflects data based on the assignment date.
You can adjust the time range using the dashboard filters (e.g. “Last 30 days”, “Custom period”).

Why is this important?

This widget helps managers and team leads to:

  • ? Spot areas where follow-up or reminders are needed

  • ? Monitor participation in mandatory or recommended content

  • ⚡ Take action on overdue or inactive assignments

Who can see this?

This widget is available to:

  • ✅ Team managers with access to reporting

  • ✅ Admins with the correct permissions in the Team dashboard

? Tip: Use the filter icon to narrow down the view by time frame, team, or user. Use the three-dot menu to download or schedule reports.
