What is the purpose of this widget?

The “Status of assigned online courses” widget provides a clear overview of the progress of all online courses that have been assigned to users within a selected time frame. It's a quick way to track how well learners are engaging with their assigned content.

What information is displayed?

The data is presented as a donut chart, split into three categories:

  • ? Completed – Courses that have been finished (e.g. 77.78%)

  • ? In progress – Courses that learners have started but not yet completed (e.g. 5.56%)

  • ? Not started – Courses that haven’t been opened yet (e.g. 16.67%)

Each segment of the chart shows the percentage of total assigned courses in that status.

Can I filter or adjust the time frame?

  • ? “Last 30 days”

  • ? “This quarter”

These filters help you focus on specific campaigns, time frames, or learner cohorts.

Can I export the data?

Yes! Click the three-dot menu in the top right corner of the widget to:

  • ? Download the report

  • ? Schedule recurring reports (e.g. weekly, monthly)
