Where can you find additional employee information?
- In the LMS, go to Administration.
- Click Employees.
- Open an employee’s account.
- Under the Data tab, you will find the Additional information section.
Here, all custom fields that are specifically configured for your Academy are displayed.
What are custom fields?
Custom fields are additional information fields that allow you to store specific data about employees.
Examples of such fields include:
Dietary requirements
Internal or external employee
Contract number
Location or department
Each Academy can decide for itself which fields are relevant.
Adding extra fields

They can activate the requested fields for your Academy.
Setting up triggers based on additional information
You can also set up a trigger based on additional employee information.
The trigger is called “Additional employee information is updated.”
This is how it works:
You can specify which value applies as a criterion for each field.
Example
There is an additional field called “Location.”
An employee enters that they work at the “Amsterdam” location.
A trigger is set up for this value.
As soon as the employee saves or updates this information, the trigger is automatically activated.
With this functionality, you can easily link automatic actions to specific employee information, making processes within your Academy smarter and more efficient.
