Automatic triggers – How can you see if an automatic trigger has been executed successfully?

Modified on Tue, 13 Jan at 3:00 PM

Properly managing automatic triggers is important to ensure that processes within your academy run smoothly. Via the LMS, you can easily check whether a trigger has run correctly.

Task log

As soon as a trigger is activated, a log is automatically created with details about the executed tasks. For each task, you can see:

  • Task – Which action was executed
  • Recipient – Which employee the action was executed for
  • Date – When the action was executed
  • Status – Whether the task was successful or failed

? If a task fails, the reason for the failure is also shown

Trigger history

In the history section, you can see a complete overview of the trigger activity:

  • Who created the trigger
  • When it was created or modified
  • What exactly was changed

This information helps you with:

  • Monitoring trigger performance
  • Adjusting triggers in a timely manner to changing needs within your organization
