In this article, you will learn everything about the reporting options you have in the LMS and the options we offer to generate reports with exactly the data which is relevant to you.
In the LMS in the reporting section, we have 4 main menus:
- activity reports
- qualification reports
- event reports
- online-learnings
For each main menu, we offer a designated FAQ-Article. Klick on the links below to learn more about the 4 different options: - activity reports
- qualification reports
- event reports
- online learnings
The options you have in these four main menus are always the same.
How to use the reporting options:
Each main menu has different tabs, where you can perform different actions.
Each tab shows either
a list with data or
a dashboard with data
List with data
Figure 1: Example of a tab with a list of data
If the tab shows a list with data, you can perform the following actions:
- Using the filter
- Showing/hiding columns
- Select single or multiple users from the list and perform different actions (such as assigning a learning or sending an e-mail)
- Generate a report
1. Using the filter
Using the filter on the right side allows you to select the data in the list according to the selected filters. You can, for example, select a team, a learning type, a date range and the learning status. With the filter options, you can select exactly the data that is relevant to you.
2. Using the columns you can show or hide relevant columns such as job title, team etc shown in the list. These columns are shown in the list next to the learner. Using selected columns gives you a nice overview over the data that is relevant to you.
3. Select single or multiple users from the list
By clicking in the checkbox next to the user, you can perform various action. You can either click on the three-dot menu on the right, or you can click on the symbols in the black bar.

By clicking in the checkbox next to Learners, you can perform these actions in bulk for all the selected users.
4. Generating a report
After you have selected the data which is relevant to you, you can click on Generate report in the right upper corner. The report will then be downloaded and sent to you via e-mail. You can also choose to schedule the report if you need the report with data from a later date.
Dashboard with data
If the tab shows a dashboard with data, each tile represents a different set of data. You have the following options to navigate through the tab:
- use the filters
- click on the three-dot-menu to download or schedule a report
- click on the items in the tiles to drill down on the data
- setting alerts via the bell-symbol
The filters on the right side allow you to select date range, team, user.
The three-dot-menu lets you clear cache, download or schedule a report and reset the applied filters.
By clicking on the underlined number in a tile, you can drill down on the data. A new window opens where you see a more in depth view of the data.
By clicking on the bell symbol, you can set alerts for the data in the tile.
