  • Where to find the Assigned Learning Interventions overview

  • What you’ll see in the assigned items, deadlines, and learning paths

  • How to use the filters

  • What to do if no results are displayed

Where can I find the Assigned Learning Interventions overview?

Navigate to:

Admin > Development > Insights > Assigned Learning Interventions

This dashboard shows you which learning interventions have been assigned to employees, and their progress in terms of completion and deadlines.

What do you see in this overview?

The dashboard consists of three main sections:

  1. Assigned learning items

    • Number of items assigned per employee

    • How many have been started or completed

    • Completion percentage per employee

  2. Deadlines

    • Number of deadlines at risk or missed

    • Items completed after the deadline

    • Percentage of items completed on time

  3. Assigned learning paths

    • Overview of assigned learning paths

    • If no paths are assigned, it will show No results

How do the filters work?

On the right-hand side, you can refine your results using filters:

  • Assigned on: select a time frame (e.g. past 3 months)

  • Team, Employee, Learning intervention, Type of learning activity: narrow down by group or content

  • Hide deleted/archived content or users: check these boxes to exclude irrelevant data

Note: Filter combinations can affect which data is visible.

Why do I see no results?

This may be due to several reasons:

  • No learning interventions were assigned during the selected period

  • Filters exclude all relevant data

  • Assigned interventions were deleted or archived

Tip: Adjust the filters or extend the time range to reveal available data.
