Where can I find the Academy Overview?

You can access the Academy Overview via:

Admin > Development > Insights > Academy Overview

This dashboard gives you a quick view of the learning activity within your organization.

What do you see in the Academy Overview?

The overview displays various widgets with current learning data:

• Pending approvals: number of learning activities that still require approval

• Assigned completion: percentage of assigned interventions that have been completed

• On-time deadlines: percentage of learning activities completed before the deadline

• Assigned learning interventions status: pie chart showing completed vs. pending interventions

• Upcoming deadlines: list of deadlines approaching soon

• Scheduled sessions: upcoming classroom or blended training sessions

• Search queries: search terms entered by employees in the learning platform

Note: Some widgets may show No results if there is no data available yet.

How do the filters work?

On the right side of the screen, you’ll find several filter options, such as:

• Assigned on: filter by the period in which learning interventions were assigned

• Team, Employee, Learning activity type, or Intervention: narrow down the data per group or content

• Hide deleted/archived content or users: tick these boxes to exclude old or inactive data

Note: Available teams are linked to the selected filter options.

Why do I see no results?

Possible reasons:

• The selected time period contains no learning activity

• Filters exclude relevant data (e.g. only showing deleted users or archived content)

• No interventions or sessions have been scheduled yet

Tip: Make sure you’ve selected the right time frame and adjust filters if necessary.
