Learning Progress

Modified on Thu, 26 Feb at 8:41 AM

In the Learning Progress Report, you’ll find all learning activities within the academy. All learning activities that can be linked to an employee—either because they were assigned or because the employee started them themselves—are shown in this overview. Future information about participation in event sessions or external offer will also appear here. This makes the Learning Progress Report the most complete report if you want insight into learning behavior within your academy.

You can filter the overview in various ways.
Note: By default, a date filter for the past three months is applied. Disable this filter if you want to view data over a longer period.

The selected filters will be retained.

Then choose:

  • Week to date

  • Month to date

  • Year to date

Note: If you have set a date filter in the report, this will be ignored when scheduling a recurring report.

Frequency

  • Daily

Example:
If you choose “Year to date” as the period and “Monthly” as the frequency, you’ll receive a report on the 1st of every month with a date range from January 1 through today.

Note: The link to the report you receive is only valid for 24 hours.

Next, choose:

  • Who will receive the report
