Emails – How do you change the sender address of automatic emails?

Automatic emails sent from Studytube, which you can find under Administration → Admin settings → Email templates, are sent by default from no-reply@studytube.nl.

By default, this looks as follows:

• From email address: the address the recipient sees as the sender

• Reply-to email address: the address to which replies are sent

Both addresses can be adjusted. Below you can read how to do this.

Changing the “From” email address

Would you like emails to be sent from your own domain instead of no-reply@studytube.nl?

• This is possible! Please note that this requires a technical integration and additional costs apply.

Changing the “Reply-to” email address

The reply-to address is currently set to no-reply@studytube.nl by default. Would you prefer replies to be sent to, for example, a service desk or general information email address?

• Go to Administration → Admin settings → Email default settings.
• There, you can easily and free of charge enter the desired email address under “Reply-to email address.”
• You can also change the From name and Reply-to name in this section.
