Can I send emails?

No, emails are not sent in this familiarisation environment. Sending emails to users will therefore have no effect — they will not be delivered.


Why can’t I see certain reports?

This is a test environment with dummy data. This means that not all reports are populated as you may be used to. Don’t worry: the reporting functionality itself is exactly the same — only the data (and later the location) will differ.


I see modules that our academy doesn’t have. How is that possible?

In the Test environment, all modules that Studytube offers are visible. This allows you to explore everything that is possible.

Are you interested in a module that your academy does not currently have? Please contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM).


Can I make changes?

The familiarisation environment is intended to help you get used to the new LMS layout. You are free to click around and explore where everything will be located, but the functionalities themselves remain the same.


Can I change permissions?

No, permissions cannot be changed in the Test environment. This account is shared with multiple users.


Is it safe to upload company-specific content?

No, this environment is filled with dummy data and is used by multiple people. Please do not upload any company-sensitive or personal information.


The environment is slow. What should I do?

This Test environment is used by multiple organizations. If it is very slow, please try again at another time. Also make sure not to share this login with other colleagues — otherwise too many people may be logged in at the same time.
