Would you like to add a collection to your learning environment? You’ll need the correct permissions and can then follow a few simple steps.
Required Permissions
To create collections, you must have one of the following permissions:
Manage all collections
Create new collection
You can manage these permissions via Employees > Permissions in the LMS.
By default, users in the Admin and Internal Author/Trainer groups have these permissions.
Once you have the required permissions, you will see the Bundles option under Library in the menu.
Creating a New Collection
Go to Library > Bundles.
Click Create in the top-right corner and select Collection.
Fill in the following details:
Collection title
Description
Image (jpg, jpeg, or png, max. 20 MB)
Introductory video (max. 60 seconds, via Vimeo)
Curator (the person who selected the learning items)
Add up to 48 learning interventions
Set the visibility:
Visible to everyone
Visible only to selected teams
Or keep the collection hidden
⚠️ Note: Learning items within a collection keep their own visibility settings.
Employees will only see the items they have access to.

Example
A collection contains 8 learning items and is visible to everyone:
2 videos: visible to everyone
3 online trainings: visible to everyone
2 trainings: visible only to the Sales team
1 internal event: visible only to the Sales team
The Sales team sees all 8 items. Other employees see 5 items.
What Can You Do with Existing Collections?
In the collection management environment, you’ll see four icons in the top-right corner:
Preview mode: see how the collection looks in the academy
Archive: archive the collection without deleting it
Duplicate: create a copy of the collection
Useful for similar collections for different teams (such as Marketing and Sales)
Delete: permanently delete the collection
Renaming “Collections”
Would you prefer a different name, such as Theme Pages or Learning Paths?
Go to Settings > Admin Settings.
Open the Naming tab.
Change the name as desired.
