Within the academy, you can define which permissions employees have for learning paths and collections per permission group. You can adjust these settings via:
Manage > People > Permissions
Below is an overview of the available permissions per bundle type.
Learning Paths
Manage All Learning Paths
- Employees can manage all learning paths in the library, even if they did not create them themselves or are not listed as a co-author.
Create New Learning Paths
- Grants permission to create new learning paths.
View Participants and Results
- Co-authors can view participant data and results.
If they do not have access to All Employees, they will only see limited information.
Manage Co-authors
- Co-authors can:
- Collaborate on the content
- Potentially edit, delete, or view employee information
- The exact level of access depends on the permissions of the content owner or the co-author’s manager.
View Participants’ Personal Data
- Grants access to personal data of employees linked to the learning path.
Collections
Manage All Collections
- Authors can manage all collections, even if they did not create them themselves.
Create New Collections
- Grants permission to create new collections.
Manage Co-authors
- Co-authors of a collection can:
- View and edit the content
- Potentially delete content or view employee information
- Permissions are determined by the collection owner or the co-author’s manager.
This permission structure allows you to manage access to academy content in a flexible and secure way.
