My uploaded video shows the error message 'this video does not exist

Do you see the message ‘This video does not exist’ after uploading your video in the authoring tool? Don’t worry — this is a temporary message from our video host, Vimeo.


What does this mean?

  • Vimeo may display this message while your video is still being processed.
  • You can simply click ‘Add’ to include the video in your training.
  • The video will appear automatically once processing is complete.
  • Tip: Save the training and refresh the page to speed up the loading process.



Still unable to add the video?

Please note: the maximum file size for a video is 2 GB. Larger files cannot be processed. If the ‘Add’ button doesn’t work or you see a different error message, feel free to contact us at service@studytube.nl. We’re happy to help.
