What does the “Upcoming dates” section show in the Team dashboard?

The “Upcoming dates” tile gives team leads and administrators a quick overview of upcoming scheduled events or training sessions for their team members in the near future.


What information is displayed?

This table includes the following columns:

  • ? User – Name of the team member 

  • ? Date – The scheduled date of the session (e.g. 10-04-25)

  • ? Date type – The type of date shown (e.g. Session start date)

  • ? Learning type – The learning format (e.g. Event)

  • ? Title – The name of the training or event (e.g. Business Etiquette Basics)


What does “upcoming” mean?

The tile lists future events or sessions assigned to team members.


Why is this helpful?

This section allows you to:

  • ? Keep track of upcoming training or events

  • ? Remind your team members in advance

  • ✅ Ensure attendance and preparation

  • ⚠️ Spot schedule conflicts or high training loads early


Can I filter or export the data?

Yes! Use the filter options on the right to narrow results by team, user, or date range.
You can also use the three-dot menu (top right of the tile) to:

  • Download the table as a report

  • Schedule regular reports (e.g. weekly)


Who can see this section?

This section is visible to:

  • ?‍? Team leads with access to the Team dashboard

  • ?‍? Admin users with the appropriate reporting permissions
