What does “Status assigned learnings” mean in the Team dashboard?

Modified on Mon, 31 Mar at 11:32 AM

The “Status assigned learnings” widget shows the current progress of all learning units that have been assigned to team members.

It's a donut chart that helps you quickly identify how many of the assigned courses:

  • ✅ Have been started or completed

  • ❌ Are still not started

  • How can I read the chart?

    In the example:

    • The red area indicates that 100% of the assigned learning content has not been started.

    • Once team members begin or complete their assigned training, you’ll see other status segments (e.g. "in progress", "completed") in different colors.

  • What time period does this refer to?

The chart reflects data based on the assigned date. You can adjust the time period using the dashboard filters (e.g. “last 30 days”, “custom range”).

    Why is this useful?

This feature allows team leads and managers to:

    • Spot where reminders or support are needed

    • Track overall team activity for mandatory or recommended content

    • Quickly act on overdue or inactive assignments
