Can I manually adjust employee information with an S3/SFTP integration?

When Studytube is linked to an HR system (e.g., S3/AFAS/HR2Day/ADP), we advise creating users manually as little as possible. If you create a user manually, they will not be updated via the integration. You must then manage the account manually (e.g., update/delete). This is the administrative work that you want to avoid!


If it happens that you need to manually add someone to Studytube despite the HR integration, perhaps because they are an intern not listed in your HR system? Then create a separate team (e.g., 'manual') and place these employees in it. In this way, you maintain a clear overview of the employees you manage manually.


Is it possible to change/add user information during the use of an S3/SFTP integration?

If you want to change/add user information during the use of an S3/SFTP integration, you can do so by making these changes in the CSV file. These changes will be visible in Studytube after synchronization.
