Certificates in the Academy can be deleted in different ways, depending on your role. Below you’ll find how this works for both employees and managers.
As an employee
You can delete certificates that you have manually uploaded yourself. To do this, go to the My Achievements page in your dashboard. Select the certificate you want to delete and choose the Delete option.
As a manager
You can also delete certificates that were automatically added by the Academy (for example, due to an incorrect assignment). In addition, you can delete manually uploaded certificates, whether added by you or by the employee. To do this, go to the LMS and navigate to Employees > [Specific employee] > Certificates. Deleting a certificate does not affect the completion status of any related qualification.
What happens next?
In the employee’s qualification history, an extra entry will appear indicating that the certificate was deleted. This ensures full visibility and transparency.
Note: Deleting a certificate does not impact the qualification status, even if the certificate was originally linked to it.
