Certificate not received

I completed the course, but have not received my certificate. How is this possible?

If you have not received an email with the notification that you have completed the course, you will not have completed a topic. In this case, check with the course whether you see checks next to every component of the course. 

The administrator(s) of the academy can set for themselves whether after completion of a learning item they do or do not want to send a certificate from Studytube. If you have not received a  certificate, we advise you to contact the administrator(s) of the academy.
