How can I see if my HR integration was successful?

If you use an AFAS integration or a CSV/SFTP integration with your HR system, you can check in the LMS to see if the synchronization was successful. To do this, go to the 'Settings' tab in the LMS and then to 'Sync Logs'.


The sync logs can have three different statuses:


  1. Completed
    The synchronization of the HR integration has completed without errors. All employee or manager data sent by your organization to Studytube will now be in Studytube.
  2. Partially Completed
    In a partially completed synchronization, the synchronization was partially successful but not for all employees or managers. By clicking on the status, you will go to the 'Integration Logs'. Here you can see exactly which employee was successfully updated and which was not, and why. This FAQ article contains all possible error messages.
  3. Failed
    The synchronization failed and did not take place. By clicking on the status, you will go to the 'Integration Logs', where you can see why the synchronization failed. Often, it fails because an empty file was provided or more employees are being deleted than allowed by the settings.
