Publishing a course developed through the author tool

Now that your course is filled with content, you’re ready to do a final check and publish it.   

When you do your last check you can view each module through the eyes of the user. In the author tool, go to any module and click the “Options” button in the top left of this module. Then click on “Preview as a user” to preview the course in a new tab. You will now see your course as the user will see it. Go through your topics in this way and see if you want to change any parts. For example, test videos and links, check spelling and see if your course is to your liking.  

After you have checked the course, you can publish it. You can do this as follows. In each module, click the blue “Publish” button in the top right corner

After all modules have been published and the online course as well, you can make your course visible in the academy.
