When the session has taken place, the provider can register the users’ attendance and then close the session. When the provider has completed the session, the final price of the in-company training will be calculated. If the entire price of the course or part of it is based on the number of users attending, the actual price can be lower than the price proposed by the provider. If the course only consists of fixed costs, the actual price will be the same as the proposed price. The provider must always bill the price exclusive of VAT which is stated under 'Price mechanism' of the session under 'Dates & locations'.
