How do I view participants of an event?

In this FAQ article, we explain how to view the participants who are registered for an internal event -



There are two options for displaying registered participants of an internal event in the LMS. In this article, we explain both options. In the LMS, go to the "Events" section and click on the relevant event.


Option 1:

Under "Sessions," you will find all scheduled, conducted, and completed events.
When you hover over the three dots next to "More Actions," various icons will appear. By clicking on "Attendance Overview," you will open the list of all participants for that specific session.

Depending on the session's status, you can perform different actions here, such as confirming attendance or closing the session.


When the "waiting list feature" is enabled, an icon will also be visible that allows you to view the waiting list of a session.

Option 2:

In the "Participants" tab, all registered participants are displayed. Additionally, information about the teams each participant belongs to and the date and location they are registered for will be shown.

It is possible to perform various actions, such as changing the session or assigning a learning unit to the participants.

On the right side, you can apply different filters to this overview. Or you can use the search function, on the left side, to find a specific participant by their name or email address.
