How do I view participants of an event?

There are two options to view the registered participants of an event in the LMS. In this article we explain both options.


Option 1

In the tab 'Sessions' of the event, you find all sessions that have been planned, have been completed and that have passed. Next to the session, under 'Participants', click on the number of participants. 


Here you can add more participants by selecting the checkbox and clicking on 'add participants'. 

When the 'waiting list' is enabled, an icon is also visible with which you can consult the waiting list of a session.


Option 2:

The section ‘Participants’ shows all participants that have registered. Here, you find an overview of all users that registered, the team(s) they belong to and for which date & location they are registered. It is possible to perform various actions such as changing the session or assigning a learning item to participants.

On the right side of the page it is possible to apply various filters to this overview. Or you can use the search function to search for a certain participant by name or email address.


You can also add new participants to the internal event on this page and download a report of the participants.
