Introduction to the Studytube in-company module

It is possible to submit a request to providers for group courses using the in-company functionality. There are a number of important advantages in organising an in-company course:

• Time saving; it is no longer necessary to make separate requests for a group of users which would all have to be reviewed individually. 

• Financial advantage, there might be a group discount if you pay a price per course instead of a price per individual request. 

• Efficiency; if it's possible to organise an in-company course at your own office, it is no longer necessary for all users to travel to a course location on their own. A provider will come to you, which is a good deal more efficient in terms of time and costs.

There are two different options. If you want to request a new in-company course from a provider, choose the option ‘Create in-company training’. If there is an existing contract with a provider, register for an in-company course. During registration you can add a reference and fewer details have to be delivered. Choose this option if you have already had contact with the provider and a (draft) offer is already available.
