We introduced Ruby, our AI chatbot, because we want to assist our customers faster and at more flexible hours.
Studytube’s platform is highly versatile, which means we offer solutions to a wide range of challenges. However, the this also means thatwe receive very diverse service requests. For instance, our Service team handles complex questions that can take days to resolve, but we also receive simple questions like, "How do I create a training?". These simpler questions often end up at the bottom of the queue, meaning you may have to wait longer for an answer than you'd like.
That’s why we’ve introduced our chatbot, Ruby. With Ruby, you can get a first response to your question faster, even outside of business hours. Ruby cannot search directly within the platform, so she is primarily helpful for questions that could otherwise be found in our FAQ articles on the service portal. Thanks to AI functionality, she can search through these articles and come up with an answer.
