I can't complete the course

I cannot complete the course because the button will not appear. What now?

It may occur that at the end of a course the 'Complete the course' button does not appear. In this case, first refresh your browser. If the button will still not appear, log out briefly, then log in again and continue the course. You can also try to complete the course in another internet browser (Chrome, Firefox, Microsoft Edge). If the button still does not appear after these attempts, there may be different causes. You can contact us via service@studytube.nl so that we can have a look with you and solve the problem, depending on the cause.

A course which is offered via SCORM

In many academies, courses which have been developed in an external authoring tool are offered via a 'SCORM file'. You can follow these courses in the external SCORM Player which is linked to Studytube when you click on the 'Start' button or the 'Continue' button. 

When you have fully completed the course in this SCORM Player, a signal will be sent to Studytube which will ensure that the course is given the status 'Completed' in your learning environment. Sometimes this signal is not properly synchronised so that the course does not immediately get the status 'Completed' in Studytube. An attempt will be made to connect again a number of times during a time period of 7 hours to successfully register the signal in Studytube.

If the course still does not have the 'Completed' status in your learning environment, a particular module has probably not yet been completed or there is an error in the SCORM file causing us not to receive a signal or to receive an incorrect signal. In such cases we advise you to contact the administrator of the academy or to contact our support team via the chat function.
