Who can use Ruby?
Ruby is only available within the LMS. This means that your LMS managers, who have access to the 'Manage' section in your academy, can chat with Ruby. End users (employees) do not have access to Ruby.
Where can I find Ruby?
Ruby is located in the LMS, under the "Manage" tab. When you click the question mark next to your initials, you'll find her in the "Chat with us" section.
Can I still speak to a human?
Of course! Our regular service desk is still available. Ruby is an addition, not a replacement. If Ruby cannot find an answer, you can create a service ticket in Freshdesk via the chat screen. You only need to provide your email address for this.
