In some cases, you may not be able to change the personal information of your employees in the LMS, such as their job title. In this article, we explain why this is and what you can do about it.
There are two possible scenarios:
- If your academy is linked to an HR system (such as AFAS): Then it's correct that you cannot change user data in the LMS. Want to make a change? This must be done through the HR system. The changes will be automatically implemented in Studytube at the next synchronization.
- If there is no link with an HR system: Then, in principle, you should be able to modify user data in the LMS. Note: the email address is an exception, that adjustment can only be done through Studytube. If you encounter this issue? Then just send an email to [email protected] for help.
