How can I download a certificate obtained by an employee?

A participants tab is available for online courses. Here you can see which employees are following or have followed the course and what their status is. The advantage of this is that you don't have to generate a general report in order to see which employees are active. This important information is accessible per online course. In addition to the overview of participant information and the related learning status, you can also download and regenerate certificates here. 

You can regenerate a certificate if an employee has followed the training again with a better result. By generating it again, the score is modified and shown in all places where this is visible. The certificate can be downloaded from the same pop-up, and is then saved locally as a PDF file.
