DTA - How do I agree a date with the provider?

Modified on Wed, 13 Sep, 2023 at 9:54 AM

If you send a request to the provider without selecting a date, the provider can propose a date. Should the chosen date no longer be available, the provider can propose a new date.

The person making the request receives a proposed new date, if agreed this date can be accepted via the LMS. If the proposed date doesn’t work, the person making the request can easily propose an alternative in the request. The provider will then review the request again. If the course has been requested by the user, the (new) proposal will be sent to the user. If the request is made by a manager through the LMS, he/she is the requester so the (new) proposed date will be sent to the manager. In this way it is very easy to set a new date in the system together with the provider. The agreed date will be confirmed by email.
