DTA - How can I request a new provider?

Modified on Tue, 12 Sep, 2023 at 11:25 AM

If you cannot find a provider in the learning offer already affiliated with Studytube it is possible to submit a request.

In the request, state the provider you want and how they can be contacted. You can also inform us of an existing price agreement that applied at an earlier stage. A new provider requested by a specific customer, who is not yet available in the DTA, is also called a 'preferred supplier'.

As last option, you can share additional details, e.g. a specific course that you would like to be available in the learning offer.

From experience we know that approaching preferred suppliers has the best results when the customer (you) establishes the first contact. The provider will already be familiar with you as customer. This will speed up the process considerably. In order for the process for adding a preferred supplier to go successfully, we need your help.

After the above form has been filled in and sent, the procedure will be as follows:

  1. The person making the request receives an email with information about the procedure.

  2. The person making the request sends an email to the providers with the help of the standard text, with the reference preferredsuppliers@studytube.nl in the cc (see annex for standard text to the provider, you only have to add a number of items in red before you send it);

  3. The provider agrees by means of a response to the person making the request plus an email to Studytube (preferredsuppliers@studytube.nl);

  4. The preferred supplier manager contacts the provider on the basis of the email that arrives on preferredsuppliers@studytube.nl and takes over from here. I then prepare a provider portal for the provider in question;

  5. The provider then independently makes the offer available in the provider portal and can come to me if there are questions. The person making the request is informed when the offer is live.

  6. As soon as the offer is ready, it is up to you to check whether it is correct. Is something missing or do you want some additions? You can directly contact the provider. The provider can then independently implement the adjustments in the provider portal.
