DTA - What is the difference between 'Reject' and 'Cancel' a request?

Modified on Tue, 12 Sep, 2023 at 10:35 AM

When you choose 'Reject' you do not agree to the price of the course because, e.g., the budget will not allow it. This button is only available to approval managers of the selected budget. The 'Cancel' button is always available until the course has started. Should the request already be approved by the provider, the provider can charge cancellation costs if you were to cancel the request.

Both buttons mean that the request will be discontinued. The person making the request can then submit a new request for which, e.g., another budget is selected.
