DTA - How can I, as LMS manager, track the status of a request?

When a request has been created by the user via the academy or by a manager via the LMS, it can be found under ‘Requests’ in the LMS. Here you can track the status of the request during the approval procedure in the LMS. You can also see whether the request has already been approved by the provider.


If a user's request is still awaiting a review by the provider after 3 days, the provider will receive a reminder email to review the request.
