How can I filter requests?

If, as an LMS manager, you want to check when requests were made, the date will be visible with the request itself. This is the case for both external and in-company courses.


The requests summary also provides a filter option which allows you to see in what month or period a request was submitted. If a request was made more than a year ago, it will appear in a separate filter. This makes it easier to, e.g., eliminate backlogs and start on requests submitted a month ago.
