Unfortunately we cannot change requests that have already been rejected. These must be submitted again through the LMS. Requesting and approving takes up time of (several) people within an organisation, contrary to proposing a new date, which is quick and easy. If the date does not go ahead, a new date can be proposed. Proposing a new date means the request does not have to go through the entire approval flow again.
In most cases there is another solution instead of rejecting a course. Send an email to [email protected] if you have any doubts about accepting, rejecting and canceling a course, e.g. if a price or date is not correct. We will come up with a solution together!
