How can I set up a field at user level?

Modified on Tue, 12 Sep, 2023 at 2:49 PM

Every user has a registration number that belongs to a professional association. At user level a  field must be created for every registration number. You can determine the name and the code of the  field yourself.

It is also possible to have a  field created for other information. For example, contract numbers, BIG numbers or other relevant information. In addition, it is possible to create a  field with several data points at the same time. For example, you can place several contract numbers in one field. This information is used for reporting purposes and/or to share with a provider. The  fields are supported in the languages Dutch, English, French and German. For  fields with a few data points it is possible to have them filled automatically if you make use of an integration. Do you want to make use of this? Then contact your Customer Success Manager.

Create a  field in Studytube:

  1. Pass on the name of the  field to our Customer Service department. They will then apply the  field. You can find it under the 'Information' tab in the user summary.

  2. When the  field has been added, you can see this in the 'LMS > User > Information' tab.

  3. You can fill in the registration number for each user manually. It is also possible to automate this if integration like AFAS or S3 is used.

  4. If you make use of an integration, contact the Customer Service department to add the newly  field to the mapping of the integration.

Remark: the  field does not validate the ‘BIG’ number, so make sure that the value of the field is correct. Via the following link you will find a summary of the professional groups and their registration numbers:

Setting up and activating a professional group in the LMS.
