How do I manage copyrights for collections?

Depending on the permissions you have, you can add, view and manage authors. If you do not yet have these permissions, grant them to yourself or request this from the administrator of your academy. You can set the permissions at LMS > Users > Permissions. 

If you have the correct permissions, you’ll see an 'Authors' tab for all collections. 

Here you can view authors and/or add or change permissions. Again, you can only add authors who have LMS permissions. Below is an overview of the permissions you can assign an author. You can combine all the permissions so you can assign the right ones for every situation.

The person who created the course in Studytube always has all copyrights and can therefore also add other authors to the learning track.

In the author overview, you can also send an email to the author, delete the author, and change the permissions.
