Making sessions of in-company trainings available

Modified on Tue, 12 Sep, 2023 at 11:58 AM

After the proposal has been accepted or registered, a request will automatically be created per session. By clicking on the blue button 'Go to requests', you will be directed to the requests of in-company trainings. There you will be able to start the approval flow for the request or requests in the proposal.

You can choose a budget in the request and, depending on the settings for this budget, you can immediately send the request back to the provider or first have it reviewed by the budget approval manager(s). The provider will receive a notification when you have sent the requests.

It is possible to split the costs of the course after the provider has approved the request. This can be done in the request or via the transaction itself.

If the date & location of the session has already been determined by the provider, you can confirm or cancel it. If the date and/or location has not yet been specified by the provider, you can send the request back to the provider so that they can specify the date and/or location. If you choose this option, the button 'Edit date & location' will appear. When you click on this you can propose a date & location to the provider. The provider can then confirm this, propose another date or cancel the course.

It is also possible to confirm without date and/or location. This can be added later in the session by the provider. You can also add this yourself by clicking on 'Edit date & location' in the request or by going to the request or in the in-company training under 'Dates & locations'. If the request has been approved, you can add users to the session.

After the sessions have been approved, the contact person of the in-company training can add users to the course.
