Users can place comments and 'tag’ other users under micro learnings. This is optional and therefore adjustable. As an LMS administrator you can decide whether or not to offer this.
If you prefer not to show this functionality to users, for example for privacy reasons, you can disable this in the section Academy settings of the academy under 'Discussions & comments’.
In the settings of the micro learning itself it is possible to override the academy setting.
