You can't log in via your organisation account

For many academies, access to their personal learning environment on Studytube is arranged via their organisation account. This account allows you to log in via a 'Single Sign On' (SSO). It is possible that you have to enter the login details of your organisation account or that you will be directed straight to your personal learning environment.

 

However, if after logging in you get a notification saying you can't enter the academy, an account has probably not yet been created for you or the 'Unique Identifier' (UID) is not (properly) linked. In that case we advise you to contact the person who is responsible for managing the Studytube accounts within your organisation.
