As an LMS manager or team manager, it’s useful to gain direct insight into the status of the deadlines of your employees. This widget helps you with this and shows the number of active deadlines of unfinished learning items with the status ‘Late, At risk, and On track’. You can then take action, for example by sending the employees who's deadline has passed an email via the Studytube email function. This widget shows LMS or team managers how many learning items were started by employees themselves (in yellow) and how many were started after being assigned to an employee (blue). This allows one to easily see if the employees regularly start a learning intervention on their own initiative or mainly in response to being assigned a learning intervention. Click on ‘Download report’ to generate a complete overview of the learning items which are or have been followed. You can filter by teams and/or time period using the filter button in the top right.
13.Event registration management
As contact person for an event, it’s very useful to quickly gain insight into the status of an event. This widget helps you to do so and shows how many participants there are for each session, what the chosen minimum/maximum number of participants is, and whether the registration is closed. If it is closed, then new registrations are not allowed. If your event didn’t reach the minimum number of participants, it’s important to take action on this. You can go directly to the participant list or the overview of all sessions by mousing over the title of the event in question. Two icons will now appear (View date & location & View participants) that you can click on. You can filter by a specific internal event using the filter button in the top right. The button ‘Go to events’ will take you straight to all the events within your academy.
14. Attendee list management
This widget allows you to manage the participant lists of events. Mouse over the title of the internal event in question. Three icons will appear (view internal event, share participant list, view participant list). Five results are shown per page. At the bottom of the widget you can go to the next or previous page. You can filter by a specific internal event using the filter button in the top right. The button ‘Go to events’ will take you straight to all the events within your academy.
15. Waiting list management

The button ‘Go to events’ will take you straight to all the events within your academy.
