How do I see who followed a certain training?

There are multiple ways to check who has participated in a specific training in the LMS. Below are the main methods:

1. Per Course – 'Participants' Tab

• In the LMS, go to the library, select Online Courses section in the LMS.
• Select the course you want to check.
• Click on the "Participants" tab.
• Here, you will see a list of all users enrolled in the training, along with their progress, quiz attempts, and completion status.
  
  

2. In the Reports – Online Learning Reports

• Go to the Reporting section in the LMS.
• Select "Online Learnings" from the available reports.
• Go to the tab "Online courses". You will see a list of all online courses, including:
  • The total number of registered users.
  • Active users who have engaged with the course.
  • The number of users who have completed the training.
  • Quiz results (if applicable).
  • The option to export or download reports for further analysis.
