There are two ways to send an email to a user.
1. Select the user in the LMS, and then click on ‘send email’ in the dark bar that slides into view on the screen.
2. If you mouse over the user, you’ll see a number of options. Click on the ‘send email’ option.
After clicking on 'send email’, you’ll be able to edit and send the email.
