Labels expand the search functionality within the LMS. They ensure that learning interventions are easier to find, even when the search term does not literally appear in the title or description.
How does it work?
For example:
You add the label health to the article 16 Must-Follow Fitness Blogs.
The term health does not appear anywhere in the title or description. However, if you type ‘health’ in the search bar, the training will still be displayed.
How do you add a label?
Go to the settings of the relevant learning intervention in the LMS.
In the labels field, you can:
Enter your own terms by typing and pressing Enter.
Select previously added labels from the dropdown that appears as soon as you start typing.
This way, you can intelligently link additional search terms to learning interventions and improve their findability.
