What steps should I follow if there are problems with the S3/SFTP integration?
If problems arise, such as missing users or incorrect data:
- Verify that the correct file has been uploaded to the server. You can usually check this with the IT department of your organization.
- Ensure that the user/manager data in the file is present. The first name, last name, UID, and email address should be filled in.
- Sometimes there is a space before the text; make sure this is not the case.
- Confirm that the synchronization was performed overnight without errors. You can see this in the Sync logs in the LMS.

- Name and email address of the employee.
- The steps you have already taken.
